What we don’t do
We don’t do level 2 casework or level 3 advocacy and representation. This means that we cannot assist iilegal entrants, overstayers, those subject to removal or deportation, applications outside the immigration rules and appeals as this is outside our remit. We may be able to signpost you to other services that provide advice at a higher level.
We have a trained team of advisers who have been vetted and approved by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). We are non-judgemental, a-political and our advice is confidential, impartial and independent.
We offer competitive fees and for people that are destitute our services are free of charge. The Home Office charges are fixed and you would need to pay these directly to the Home Office as part of the application.

If you think that we may be able to help you and you would like to book an appointment please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a summary of your situation in no more than 100 words and we will contact you to let you know if and when we can offer you an appointment.
